MaxCRM Overview

MaxCRM is ChatMaxima's built-in customer relationship management system that helps you organize contacts, track interactions, and manage customer data.

Contacts

Contact Profile

Each contact contains:

  • Basic Info - Name, phone, email
  • Channel Info - Connected messaging accounts
  • Custom Fields - Your defined attributes
  • Tags - Labels for segmentation
  • Notes - Internal annotations
  • Conversation History - All past interactions

Adding Contacts

Automatic Creation

Contacts are created automatically when:

  • A new customer messages you
  • Form submissions on your website
  • Import from integrations

Manual Creation

  1. Go to MaxCRMAdd Contact
  2. Enter contact details
  3. Add custom fields and tags
  4. Save

Importing Contacts

Import contacts via:

  • CSV Upload - Bulk import from spreadsheet
  • API - Programmatic import
  • Integrations - Sync from other CRMs

Segmentation

Tags

Create and apply tags to organize contacts:

  • Customer type (Lead, Customer, VIP)
  • Interest areas
  • Source channel
  • Custom categories

Lists

Create dynamic or static lists:

  • Static Lists - Manually curated
  • Dynamic Lists - Auto-update based on criteria

Filters

Filter contacts by:

  • Tags
  • Custom field values
  • Last interaction date
  • Channel
  • Location

Custom Fields

Create custom fields to store additional data:
