Creating a Campaign
Step 1: Setup
- Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign
- Name your campaign
- Select campaign type
- Choose channel (WhatsApp, etc.)
Step 2: Audience
Select recipients:
- All Contacts - Everyone in your CRM
- Segment - Based on filters
- Tags - Contacts with specific tags
- List - Pre-created contact list
- Upload - CSV file import
Step 3: Content

Use pre-approved templates:
- Select template category
- Choose approved template
- Fill in variables
- Add media (optional)
