Campaigns allow you to send broadcast messages to your contacts across channels, enabling marketing outreach, announcements, and customer engagement.

Creating a Campaign

Step 1: Setup

  1. Go to CampaignsCreate Campaign
  2. Name your campaign
  3. Select campaign type
  4. Choose channel (WhatsApp, etc.)

Step 2: Audience

Select recipients:

  • All Contacts - Everyone in your CRM
  • Segment - Based on filters
  • Tags - Contacts with specific tags
  • List - Pre-created contact list
  • Upload - CSV file import

Step 3: Content

WhatsApp Campaigns

Use pre-approved templates:

  • Select template category
  • Choose approved template
  • Fill in variables
  • Add media (optional)

Other Channels

Create message content:

  • Text message
  • Images and media
  • Buttons and CTAs
  • Personalization variables

Step 4: Schedule

Choose when to send:

  • Send Now - Immediate delivery
  • Schedule - Specific date/time
  • Optimal Time - AI-suggested timing

Step 5: Review & Launch

  • Preview message
  • Check audience count
  • Verify template approval
  • Launch campaign
